SAP Security/Authorization Consultant | Contract

Job Scope: 

We are seeking a specialized SAP Security Consultant with very good hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP authorization design and governance across complex SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Build, and maintain SAP authorization roles, including FI/CO, PO, and Fiori roles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve authorization issues.
• Support user access provisioning, role adjustments, and authorization testing.
• Review and recommend authorization design improvements in line with security best practices and segregation of duties (SoD).
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align authorizations with business requirements.
• Assist in documentation of authorization concepts.

Job Qualifications: 

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent. 
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and Authorizations, with deep expertise in role design, authorization updates, and access governance.
• Proven experience supporting full project lifecycles, including build, testing, cutover, and post–go-live support, preferably in S/4HANA implementation.
• Very good exposure to on-site cutover and go-live support in Singapore, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity and minimal downtime.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize role design, manage security risks, and ensure compliance with audit and SoD requirements.
• Experience aligning SAP security strategy with business objectives in large-scale or regulated environments. 
• Preferably with SAP Security-related certifications (e.g., SAP Authorization Concept, SAP S/4HANA Security, or SAP GRC Access Control).
